Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report an unreasonable class schedule in my school. (1) ________ all classes in my school have gone online because of the pandemic, the schedule has also been changed accordingly and at present, we are having 6 periods in the morning.

The main problem is that there is only a five-minute break between the periods. In those five minutes, students have to log in and out of their classes as well as get prepared for the new class. Hardly do they have time to relax or to take their eyes off the screens. My concern is that in the long run, this practice may seriously affect students' eyes and vision in particular and their well-being in general.

I understand that the school council wants to make the best use of online time and that teachers and students do not need long breaks to move from class to class as in offline classes. (2) __________, I believe after 45 minutes concentrating on lessons, teachers and students should be allowed decent time to recharge and to prepare better for the next class, (3) ____________ having 10-minute breaks is probably a better option.

In conclusion, I find this problem irritating. (4) __________ there is a change in the schedule, both teachers and students will feel exhausted by the end of the day.

Yours faithfully,

Câu trả lời đầy đủ và chi tiết hơn:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the current class schedule in our school. Since all classes have shifted online due to the pandemic, the schedule has been adjusted accordingly. However, the issue lies in the fact that we now have 6 periods in the morning with only a five-minute break in between. This short break does not allow students enough time to switch between classes and take a moment to relax. I fear that this constant screen time and lack of breaks may have long-term negative effects on students' health and well-being.
While I understand the importance of making the most of our online learning time, I believe that it is crucial for both teachers and students to have longer breaks to recharge and prepare for the next lesson. Having 10-minute breaks instead of just five would make a significant difference in maintaining focus and energy throughout the day. Without proper rest and time to recuperate, both teachers and students will feel worn out by the end of the day.
In conclusion, I strongly urge the school administration to reconsider the current schedule and implement longer breaks between classes for the benefit of everyone's productivity and health.
Yours faithfully,
