Phương pháp để chuyển câu từ thể chủ động sang thể bị động là:
- Di chuyển đối tượng trong câu chủ động thành chủ từ (Subject) trong câu bị động.
- Đổi động từ trong câu chủ động thành Passive Verb (be + Past Participle).
- Nếu cần thiết, thêm giới từ "by" sau động từ Passive Verb để chỉ ra người thực hiện hành động.
