Để viết câu trong Passive Voice, ta thay đổi cấu trúc của câu sao cho chủ từ của câu thành tân từ (subject) và tân từ của câu thành chủ từ (object). Đối với câu có thể áp dụng Passive Voice, ta thêm "be" và quá khứ phân từ của động từ chính vào câu.

Ví dụ: Câu số 1 có thể viết lại trong Passive Voice như sau:
- English is spoken in almost every corner of the world nowadays.
