Cách làm:

Để chuyển câu hỏi thành câu tường thuật với Wh - question, chúng ta cần sử dụng từ khóa "asked" hoặc "inquired" sau đó tiếp theo là đại từ ngôi và đối tượng của câu hỏi ban đầu. Cuối cùng là câu hỏi ban đầu được diễn đạt với cấu trúc Wh - question.

Ví dụ:
1/ What time is it?
=> Anh asked me what time it was.

2/ Where do you live?
=> Diem asked Khai where he lived.

3/ How are you?
=> Tran asked me how I was.

4/ Who is that?
=> Nhu asked Hung who that was.

5/ Which grade are you in?
=> Anh asked me which grade I was in.

Tran asked me how I was.

Diem asked Khai where he lived.

He asked me what time it was.
